About the job

We are looking for a reliable, communicative, goal-oriented, growth-minded assistant to support our CEO in his daily tasks.
You will also support other colleagues and handle everyday smaller HR, financial and legal matters.

We will only consider the applications with the CV and motivation letter in English.

Salary range

Gross salary range 600 000 - 900 000 HUF
+Bonus

An annual bonus is available based on individual and company performance.

Responsibilities

Participation in the meetings with high-level clients
Contact with service providers, suppliers, landlord, and utility management, business trip logistics
Business trips logistics
Preparation and follow-up of contracts, administration of employee permits
Administration of incoming and outgoing invoices, monthly payroll process coordination

The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades with these core skills:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Min 2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

You have a working knowledge of the EU projects field, including processes and terminology
