Responsibilities
- You will help Product Specialists gather customer feedback from users, vendors, riders, stakeholders
- You will be monitoring the performance of our systems and report bugs
- You create product feature specifications in JIRA and collaborate with the global development team
- You will be responsible to follow up on the development of features and bug fixes
- You will work with large systems, such as Salesforce, SAP / our internally built logistics solutions
