About the job
As QA / Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing the quality of our releases of ROOM, a multiplatform, 3D video-meeting product. You will manage our manual and automated QA team, gather and track non-functional requirements and collaborate with product owners to ensure functional requirements are met. You will collaborate with our Head of Infrastructure to manage the release process.

How we work
As an international, fully remote company, we communicate via Microsoft Teams and Room, our own 3D videochat product. We track the tasks of our teams in Jira, using the Scrum methodology supported by dedicated Scrum Masters. Just like the development teams, our leadership team is also distributed: we have senior managers in Germany, Hungary, Spain, the UK and more.
What will you learn
You will collaborate with professionals in many disciplines, including product owners, scrum masters and developers, enhancing your knowledge by proxy in several areas. The distributed nature of our teams demands highly proactive attitude, taking your communication skills to the next level. Our availability on many platforms will deepen your knowledge in multiplatform QA and release management.
Ideal candidate
Ideally, you'd like working from home in an international team and you can handle the freedom that comes with this arrangement. It's best if you're comfortable working in English in at least 80% of the time (including communication and documentation).

-You have hands-on automated testing experience;
-You've worked in an international or a startup environment before;
-You have product owner, project manager or scrum master experience.
