1963-06-13AB Restaurang Rouletter was founded. Business was conducted primarily in southern & central Sweden.
1984-06-13The foundation for a new corporation was created.
1996-03-13The company's B-share started trads on the SBI list (today's NGM Equity) 26 March.
2008-01-13Betsson passed 1 billion SEK in revenue.
2012-02-13Betsson acquired the competitor Nordic Gaming Group, due to its successful sportsbook.
2017-05-31Aquires the British gaming operator NetPlay plc, and Premier Casino with local licenses in Spain.
2017-09-28Grand opening of the Budapest office
