Történetünk

2010-08We started advising high school students who wanted to study abroad.
2013-09We moved in to our third office in the middle of the city (Bajcsy 50).
2014-02Lévai Balázs and Szabó Domonkos, co-founders of Engame got selected for the Forbes 30 under 30 list!
2014-09We completed our program, offering full year programs for 9-12 graders.
2018-09We moved to our current office (Maros 12).
2024-09Bíró Ágota became our CEO.

Non-formal education programs

At Engame Academy we work with 9-12 grader high school students to help them find their place in the world, live up to their potential and find the most suitable higher education program. Our four-year entirely English after-school program focuses on orientation, skill development, and the support of studying abroad. We offer short courses for non-Engamer students as well.

We all have the opportunity to participate in professional development activities and conferences, and we are always open to suggestions from team members. Newcomers also receive three onboarding coaching sessions.

At our monthly full staff meetings, we discuss current topics, brainstorm project ideas, and encourage questions. Throughout the year, we gather feedback on various matters, ensuring everyone has a voice. Our transparent culture fosters open communication and empowers employees to shape Engame's future.

Our brand new office is finally big enough to invite more students for specific events and also for us to fit in comfortably for our in-house yoga classes. We have huge windows in every room, beautiful trees around us and a view of the sunset in summer. We love that the office building is easily approachable and modern.

Work from the office or home—our only requirement is internet access since we operate entirely in the cloud. We use G Suite products to collaborate seamlessly, allowing us to work on the same files in real-time.
