The Role
The COO is responsible for ensuring the company runs on stable, measurable, and enforceable systems. The role focuses on: HR leadership and organizational development, internal structuring, supporting sustainable growth, and reducing market risks through operational stability and predictable execution.

Feladatok

People: Hiring, developing, and retaining team members — role clarity, standardized onboarding, and a performance-based feedback system.
Processes: Designing and improving key operational processes (SOPs, workflows, handovers) so operations run on systems, not heroics. Unified, measurable, enforceable.
Performance & QA: Frameworks for meeting deadlines and quality standards. Defining and tracking operational KPIs (turnaround time, error rate, capacity, SLA adherence).
Org Design: Structuring the organization (accountability charts, team structure, leadership cadence) so growth brings stability. Clear ownership, decision paths, and scalability.
Efficiency & Collaboration: Reducing waste (rework, delays), strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring predictable workloads. Systems-level problem-solving over personal escalation.
