We are looking for our experienced and enthusiastic Upper Junior or Medior Project Manager who will lead some of our key client and in-house projects with passion.
In Digital Natives we create exciting products with the help of our design and developer experts and we need someone to manage these teams with agile methods.

Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of experience in digital project management (preferably at an agency)
- Agile and Design Thinking flow in your veins
- You have managed digital tech teams before
- You are up-to-date on modern web/mobile technology stack
- You know how to break down the client needs into user stories and deliverable product
- You write and speak fluently in both English and Hungarian languages

- 2006-03A few enthusiastic people wanted to create innovative things so they founded Digital Natives.
- 2009-03We moved and got our first foosball table. We started agile and lean development.
- 2013-02We got our first big international client from New York.
- 2013-06We hired our first Project Manager and then our first QA and UX magicians.
- 2014-11Guszti, our developer prototyped a project management tool in one weekend. Then Nostromo was born.
- 2014-11We introduced a dedicated budget and time for self-development for each Digital Natives member.
- 2015-09We founded Green Fox Academy with Lab.coop
- 2016-02Our salaries are transparent, we regulate them together.

Digitális megoldásokat építünk ötlettől termékig
Fejlesztőkből, designerekből és üzleti szakemberekből álló csapatunk célja, hogy ügyfeleink ötleteit működő és szerethető digitális termékké alakítsuk. Saját termékeink feljesztése közben megjártuk a menyországot és a poklot: elbuktunk a Mixgarral és sikert arattunk a Nostromoval, de minden esetben értékes tudással lettünk gazdagabbak.

Heti 4 órát éves anyagi keretet fordíthatsz fejlődésre: coach-ra, kurzusokra, könyvekre. Rendszeresen járunk konferenciákra és meetupokra. Érdekesség, hogy a 2017-es EuRuKo konferenciát mi szerveztük.

We practice a flat organization structure. We don’t have the typical hierarchy, we plan and decide together. Do you have a great idea? Book a meeting and we’ll be there!
Ezt szeretjük a legjobban az irodában
We love that there are a lot of plants in our office and also that after (or during) a meeting we can recline on a couch. The environment within and near the A66 building is constantly buzzing with activity. Our workspace is dog-friendly, even scrum meetings can start with a game of fetch with a dog. We also admire the ceiling frescoes painted by Count Gyula Andrássy himself (just kidding).
