- Has experience in qualitative (deep user interviews, contextual inquiry) and quantitative (survey, analytics) user research methods
- Can define research plan and scope
- Can set priorities and deadlines, define methodologies
- Can conduct user research, market analysis, workshops, define user journeys, conduct usability tests
- Can communicate and present research insights in a clear and efficient way

Történetünk
- 2006-03A few enthusiastic people wanted to create innovative things so they founded Digital Natives.
- 2009-03We moved and got our first foosball table. We started agile and lean development.
- 2013-02We got our first big international client from New York.
- 2013-06We hired our first Project Manager and then our first QA and UX magicians.
- 2014-11Guszti, our developer prototyped a project management tool in one weekend. Then Nostromo was born.
- 2014-11We introduced a dedicated budget and time for self-development for each Digital Natives member.
- 2015-09We founded Green Fox Academy with Lab.coop
- 2016-02Our salaries are transparent, we regulate them together.

Digitális megoldásokat építünk ötlettől termékig
Fejlesztőkből, designerekből és üzleti szakemberekből álló csapatunk célja, hogy ügyfeleink ötleteit működő és szerethető digitális termékké alakítsuk. Saját termékeink feljesztése közben megjártuk a menyországot és a poklot: elbuktunk a Mixgarral és sikert arattunk a Nostromoval, de minden esetben értékes tudással lettünk gazdagabbak.

Heti 4 órát éves anyagi keretet fordíthatsz fejlődésre: coach-ra, kurzusokra, könyvekre. Rendszeresen járunk konferenciákra és meetupokra. Érdekesség, hogy a 2017-es EuRuKo konferenciát mi szerveztük.

Digital Natives is like a family, we do a lot of things together. We have breakfast together, sometimes cook together and have game nights regularly. Are you good at foosball? Show us your skills! Usually, we end the days with one or two matches.
