At Hedepy, we combine technology, marketing, and psychotherapy to ease people's path to mental health. We have helped thousands of B2B clients in the Czech Republic and across Europe. Now a new challenge is upon us - bring the benefit of accessible psychotherapy to the Hungarian B2B market. We are looking for a B2B Sales Lead who will focus on growing the portfolio of B2B clients and generating new business.

This is not a build-the-deck-and-wait-for-inbound role. You'll be the engine. Cold outreach, pipeline from zero, closing, and growing two Hungarian B2B Sales Specialists (István and Adam) into a strong team.

Feladatok

60% will involve actively searching for and approaching potential B2B clients - calling is a must.
30% will include meetings and administrative tasks, such as:
Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients.
Preparing offers, contracts, and documentation for invoicing.
Working with data and reporting - we use Pipedrive as a CRM.
Collaborating on the development of Hedepy for Business.
10% will be dedicated to supporting and educating the Hungarian team of 2 B2B Sales Specialists - István and Adam.

The Hungarian sales team works very independently. As a team, we meet once every two weeks, and you'll have a 1:1 with your manager every two weeks as well. Outside of that, the day is in your own hands — how you spend it depends a lot on you and where you are in your pipeline.

In the beginning, most of your time goes into outreach: finding and contacting potential prospects. As your pipeline builds, the balance shifts — more time spent preparing for meetings, running them, and doing follow-ups. There's a mix of cold calling and calling inbound leads.

Once in a while, you'll represent Hedepy at an offline conference or similar event.

Hedepy is a remote-first mental health platform operating across Central and Eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, Slovenia and Ukraine.

We connect people with vetted therapists and psychologists through a simple, accessible online platform, making quality mental health support available without long waiting times or unnecessary barriers. Our clients can book sessions, communicate with their therapist, and manage everything from one place.

Beyond B2C, we also work with companies through our B2B offering, helping organizations take care of their employees' mental wellbeing as part of a broader HR and benefits strategy.

We're a team of around 70 people, fully remote, and genuinely international. We move fast, we care about impact, and we believe that how we work matters just as much as what we build. Our culture is built on honest feedback, shared knowledge, and giving people real ownership of their work.
