OpenDLP Project Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a project manager interested in the deliberative democracy field to support the delivery of a 3-year funded project to make democratic lotteries more accessible. By developing an open-source platform that automates the 2-step lottery process using statistical modeling and AI, the project aims to lower financial and technical barriers for governments and civil society, enabling fair and transparent participant selection for citizens' assemblies. This will ultimately benefit the marginalized communities often excluded from decision-making.

This role will join the project at its start and will be crucial in driving the project forward, liaising with the grant funders, convening the Working Group and Steering Group meetings, and managing the grant budget.
