As a small company, we shape our work schedule to meet our needs. We begin each day together to discuss plans and support each other. Quarterly, we review performances, address needs and provide the necessary support. We operate flexibly and transparently. During monthly resource planning we discuss the projects we'll be working on and determine the team members involved in each project. We prioritize direct communication, shared leisure experiences and mutual attention.

Our office is located in Ferenciek Square, in a central location, so it is easily accessible from anywhere. Spacious with large windows, cosy spaces and air-purifying plants. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area for lunch. There is always coffee and fruit in the office.
