Sarcini

Európai rendezvényhelyszínekkel (hotelek, konferencia központok, rendezvény termek stb..) való egyeztetés, ajánlatkérés, a beérkező szerződések formai ellenőrzése és folyamatos kapcsolattartás a hotelekkel.

A tréningekhez szükséges workshop anyagok, valamint a résztvevők számára készített anyagok összeállítása, nyomtatása és futárral történő kiküldése, nyomon követése.

A tréningekre jelentkező nemzetközi résztvevők támogatása: válaszadás e-mailekre, igények és számlázási adatok kezelése, nyomtatványok és adminisztrációs ívek precíz kezelése.

Weboldalunk frissítése (új tartalmak és tréningek feltöltése), versenytársak weboldalainak figyelése.

Through courses, webinars and ad-hoc consultancies, we teach our participants how to write and manage EU projects to ensure their smooth running. We mainly focus on Research and Innovation (e.g. H2020, Horizon Europe), but we cover other funding schemes too.
