You will be part of our highly efficient and collaborative Platform engineering team where you will be designing, building and maintaining features that replace existing functionalities with state of the art technologies and add new platform features. As part of the role you will have the opportunity to deep dive into the core of the Android platform and work on our AWS cloud based infrastructure.

We have implemented and are closely following Agile principles. Our team, the Platform Engineering uses Kanban framework more specifically. We also have daily standups and regular prioritization sessions. While we have set priorities, the team members work fairly autonomously and collaboratively towards completing project items. For work item organization we use Jira and Trello.
Ce vei învăța la noi?
The new team member will get exposure and can learn a number of domains. These include our AWS cloud infrastructure, the CI/CD pipeline, Data storage, reporting systems, our low level Android solutions.
We are also going through a high traffic increase with several millions of global active users already. The new team member will be able to join the efforts of optimizing our platform for growth.
Candidatul ideal
The ideal candidate is a team player, who is open to understand and work with highly complex systems and solutions. From a career perspective, the ideal candidate has previous professional exposure to Docker, AWS, Jenkins and some but not necessarily professional exposure to Android development.
