You'll be responsible for delivering & supporting system, network, application, database, service, etc. monitoring solutions for GMS. Your daily work: deployment, patch, support, enhancement, upgrade of the current and future Monitoring Solutions (SolarWinds, Zabbix, ManageEngine). You'll work with various Itron teams across the globe to meet and exceed customer expectations &(SLA) requirements.

We are having daily (max 15 mins) check-ins with the whole team, weekly 1x 45-60 mins call within our monitoring team and 1x30 mins 1:1 between the team lead and each of the colleagues. The rest of the time we are mainly working independently or having calls with various peers.

Monitoring tools like Zabbix, Manage Engine, working in a diverse, international environment, you will increase your knowledge about Cloud technologies (mainly Azure) and local data center environments, infrastructure and software components. We provide internal trainings, but we also have full access for MicroSoft training catalog and for Udemy
