Workplace Experience Coordinator - Part time

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our People Team, reporting directly to the Director of Internal Comms. In this on-site, part-time role (20–30 hours/week), you will serve as the heartbeat of our Budapest Hub. Beyond managing daily office operations, you will work closely with Internal Comms to drive employee engagement, plan social events, and build a vibrant local culture.

A Day in the Life:

Your day will balance hands-on operational management with people-focused initiatives. One morning you might coordinate vendor repairs, ensure supplies are stocked, and handle health and safety protocols—and by the afternoon, you could be running an onboarding session for new joiners, launching an employee feedback survey, or planning the next hub social event.
