Jó, ha te is szívesen veszel részt Open Source projektekben. Programnyelvek tekintetében jobb, ha mentes vagy a vallásosságtól. Szeretsz segíteni, tudást megosztani. Képes vagy beosztani a feladataira szánt időt, felmérni mire mennyi időre van szükséged.

We had come up with numerous mission statements previously, but just kept completing those missions, so we stopped and currently we don't have one. E.g. once we stated that we want such an incredible fame on the Hungarian market that if WE call a software engineer with a position, the response is 'where shall I sign it?' And this actually came true in 2009, so we stopped. :)

1999-06The company was established sitting on a wall (OK, fence), just like that egg. But we did not fall.
2003-01We survived the DOTCOM crisis. Being a tech recruiter, that's an achievement. (No one wanted devs.)
2010-01We survived the worldwide financial crisis, although there was a global headcount freeze. Yay!
2020-09We are surviving the COVID crisis, so we are now officially serial worldwide crisis survivors.
