Minden projektünkön agile delivery teamekben dolgozunk, ez 5-6 Software Engineer-t és egy Scrum Master-t jelent. Seniority szempontból csapat szinten figyelünk arra, hogy legalább 50%-ban seniorok legyenek egy projekten, illetve legfeljebb egy junior kerülhet egy team-be, ezzel igyekszünk biztosítani az utánpótlást, ugyanakkor a sprint velocity-t is szem előtt tartjuk.

Folyamatosan képezzük a kollégákat online/offline képzéseken keresztül. Cloud irányba mozdulunk, így elsőként AWS cert megszerzésében támogatunk téged. Az újonnan megszerzett tudást szívesen osztjuk meg egymással házon belüli workshopokon keresztül.

Ha hozzánk hasonlóan neked is mindenre van egy megoldásod, vagy ha épp nincs, akkor keresel egyet, csatlakozz hozzánk! Minden nap valami újat alkotunk és közben folyamatosan tanulunk.Az irodánk egy közösségi tér, ahol napközben dartsozunk, gyakran favicceket mesélünk és minden nap közösen ebédelünk. Home office-ból bármikor dolgozhatsz, csak legyen stabil internet kapcsolatod! :)

We also organise the AWS Serverless Budapest Meetup, where our colleagues regularly share their know-how with the wider tech community.
