We're working on the most exciting solutions with the UK and India tech hubs: AI powered self-checkout stores, Clubcard, online shopping, click and collect, scan and shop app and more.

Our office is located in the business town of Budapest, it's easy to access by car, bike or public transportation.

Your application process will take around two weeks. During this time of period you will have the chance to take part on interviews with several of our decision makers and your future teammates.

It's equally important you learn our goals, toolsets, your future local and global teams. You'll be invited to our (now) online beer sessions, workshops and buddy program to integrate in our community.

Every Christmas and Easter when demand is at its highest in our stores, we volunteer to step out of the office and spend a day there to help our store colleagues with replenishment work. It's inspiring to see their hard work and meet our customers as well.

We provide legal, psychological and financial support and consultation called ICAS for our colleagues and their relatives. The service is completely free and anonymous so everyone feels heard.

We take full responsibility over our code. Our teams are dedicated to products, programs and projects, each taking ownership of their design, coding, testing, QA, deployment and maintaining, which are facilitated by their managers or rotating scrum masters.

During the pandemic we quickly moved to home office to keep our colleagues safe. Their wellbeing is our number one priority, that's why beside providing mental and physical support, we let our teams take their own office equipments - monitors, chairs, etc. - home.
