Company values
Life with us
Lightning round
- Superpower?
- We know someone almost anywhere in the world
- Being late or overtime?
- When you are on a mission time doesn't matter.
- Mac or PC
- Whatever works for you, we can do (and do) both.
Trainings and workshops
Everyone is different and everyone's needs are different. We support everyone's professional growth and expect that everyone learns all the time and wants to improve.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
PILnet colleagues work together to reflect on priorities, ways of contributing and solutions to the challenges our partners, and our stakeholders face. Colleagues are encouraged and invited to suggest and reflect on ideas, and learn and grow together. While we work across many geographies and with colleagues of diverse backgrounds, we are a flat organization, where everyone's voice is heard.
Why we love our office
We work in a bright, one-room office, but there is also the possibility to retreat. Excellent accessibility and parking.

Favourite thing in the office
Personal qualities we appreciate
Understanding purpose-driven operations of a not-for-profit organization on a mission. Flexibility and creativity in looking for solutions, rather than problems, overall "can-do attitude."
