About the job

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at BTS, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our development team and our high value investment banking clients. You aren't just providing support, you are a trusted advisor for helping clients navigate complex API integrations, InfoSec compliance, and long-term product adoption. You will own the technical health of the relationship ensuring our solutions meet the standards of our clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead technical liaison for high-value clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
Lead weekly technical syncs to oversee integration health, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Manage client expectations with internal development bandwidth, ensuring clear communication on delivery timelines.
Provide ongoing support for technical integrations and own the lifecycle of user issues from initial report to resolution.
Collaborate directly with internal developers to open, test, and track work items (Azure DevOps), ensuring timely delivery of client requests.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external use.
Collaborate with our global Client Support team to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Act as the primary responder for addressing client InfoSec requests.
Complete technical questionnaires and ensure our solutions meet both client and industry standards.
Manage internal GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) requirements
