About the job

At Daktela, a fast-growing European SaaS company disrupting the customer care industry, we are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Hungary. We build a leading CCaaS platform used by over 1,600 companies worldwide, offering a fast-moving, agile environment with a great culture and plenty of career growth.

In this role, you will provide best-in-class technical support to Hungarian customers, guide them through onboarding, and participate in development projects where you will design and fine-tune AI-powered automations. For junior candidates, this is an excellent first step into IT, offering hands-on experience with VoIP, Linux, SIP, and scripting under the mentorship of senior experts.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated to learn new technologies, actively uses AI tools, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach. A communicative level of English is required, while experience in IT customer support, contact center solutions, basic programming, APIs, Linux, networks, or VoIP/SIP is a distinct advantage.

This is an excellent first step into an IT career with a unique opportunity to develop a strong mix of technical, consulting, and project ownership skills.
