CRM & Content Specialist
At Mito Digital, we are super proud of the tools and interfaces we create: apps, websites and complex digital solutions for telcos, lottery companies and aviation brands all over the world. We are looking for a CRM Specialist who assures that a huge amount of content for our client is looking good enough for people to actually read it, not just scroll it through.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Strong communication skills
- Have experience with Photoshop / Figma / Sketch / Zeplin.
- Have created basic reports in Google Analytics
- Have worked in an agile environment before
You can start
- from tomorrow
- Coordinating content translations for the website and the mobile application of the client
- Test email templates and schedule mass mailings to make sure that everything works smoothly
- Create and coordinate the sending of push notifications. It’s like sending DMs to a million friends!
- Monitor and track email and push notification campaigns.
- Create localised versions of email templates in HTML based on instructions

First of all, we value dedication and honesty. We know, who doesn't. Other than that, a decent level of interaction and problem solving skills come in handy.
Our offices are in the Central Palace office building, located on Karolyi Utca, in downtown Budapest. A lot of room to come up with really cool stuff and have fun doing it. We occupy 3 large floors with enough sunlight to keep our plants alive.

We were Vodafone Hungary’s digital agency for 5 years, and Deutsche Telekom Group’s for another 5. We built the next generation DT self-care app from scratch for 5 countries at the same time in 2018.
