We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help achieve our hiring goals. As our Talent Sourcer, you’ll support our Recruiters in finding great technical and non-technical talent in Hungary with potential to assist efforts in the United States. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strategic partnerships with Recruiting, and focused on delivering top talent.

The location is amazing, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars with options to grab food, beer or even ice cream outside. It's easy to get there by public transportation, but we also have bike parking spaces. The office is very spacious with comfortable couches, a long dining table where we love chatting, and a fully-equipped kitchen where we visit the snack and drink storage pretty often.

Tech stack and tools we use
We work in a Python back-end using Django, but also have some services in Kotlin, as well as a React + Redux front-end. We are cloud native in AWS and Snowflake for our data warehouse. We typically work in SCRUM teams, and use Jira for issue tracking, Confluence & Google Docs for documentation. We are always looking for what other tools/technologies we could be using to be more efficient.

What makes us strong?
One of our strengths is our employees and the community we have (going out for a drink, playing board games, etc). The other is our developers’ work: it’s a real treasure that they can work on our very own products from A to Z.
