About the company
Our story
- 2010Founded as Hungary's first mobile-focused technology company, laying the groundwork for digital transformation.
- 2011Secured our first venture capital investment, expanded to a new office, and integrated web technologies into our core service offerings.
- 2012Launched proprietary product development (iDoo, Appkreator) and adopted the Agile/Scrum methodology to accelerate delivery.
- 2013Initiated international expansion by securing and delivering our first cross-border client projects.
- 2014Expanded our technology portfolio following a strategic investment from a major US partner.
- 2015Entered a major phase of growth, significantly scaling both team size and client capacity.
- 2016Launched our unique People Developer program, empowering team members through an employee-centric leadership structure-which now serves as the foundation for our Growth Program.
- 20202020-2024: A sustained period of growth: expanding our senior engineering bench, running R&D projects that matured our AI development and AI-native solutions, and deepening long-term client partnerships across Europe and the US - setting up the next chapter of our story.
- 2024Expanded our service offering into education through a strategic merger with Spark Institute.
- 2026Acquired Bobcats coding. We chose to join forces with Bobcats because they have built something genuinely rare. In just three years, they developed an AI-native approach to delivering software that most companies are still only talking about, and they proved it with demanding US startup clients who value outcomes above all else. Two halves of the same picture. Enterprise depth, startup speed, one team building the next generation of AI development.

Trainings and workshops
Continuous learning is one of our core values. On average, our colleagues dedicate around 20 hours a month to training.
Beyond individual requests and self-taught courses -which we actively support and fund—we offer tailored group workshops focusing on stress management, time management, resilience, and communication. We also encourage participation in professional conferences because our team's personal well-being and growth go hand in hand.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
We truly listen to our people. Our management operates on an open-door policy, and proactive feedback combined with a solution-oriented mindset are key values for us.
On an annual basis, we hold our My Company Workshops, creating an environment where every idea and suggestion is valued. Our goal is to foster a community where everyone can openly share their thoughts and engage in meaningful discussions directly with the board.
We also keep our introverted team members in mind: we provide an anonymous virtual suggestion box and regular surveys to ensure every voice is heard.
Furthermore, our internal Growth Program supports both personal development and well-being, offering individual mentorship sessions where employees can share their ideas, requests, or questions at any time.
Why we love our office
We love the impressive office building we rent in the Leier City Center in Győr. The office is spacious, modern and the meeting rooms make our everyday life easier. Our huge kitchen functions as a community space. If colleagues want to relax, they can play ping pong in the ping pong room on the ground floor.

Personal qualities we appreciate
Hard skills get someone through the door, but soft skills make them stay. For us, technical expertise means nothing without humility. We look for empathy, a good sense of humor, and an easygoing personality, combined with absolute reliability. We need people who can talk to anyone, take work seriously, but not take themselves too seriously. :)
