About the company
Our story
- 2010Founded as Hungary's first mobile-focused technology company, laying the groundwork for digital transformation.
- 2011Secured our first venture capital investment, expanded to a new office, and integrated web technologies into our core service offerings.
- 2012Launched proprietary product development (iDoo, Appkreator) and adopted the Agile/Scrum methodology to accelerate delivery.
- 2013Initiated international expansion by securing and delivering our first cross-border client projects.
- 2014Expanded our technology portfolio following a strategic investment from a major US partner.
- 2015Entered a major phase of growth, significantly scaling both team size and client capacity.
- 2016Launched our unique People Developer program, empowering team members through an employee-centric leadership structure-which now serves as the foundation for our Growth Program.
- 20202020-2024: A sustained period of growth: expanding our senior engineering bench, running R&D projects that matured our AI development and AI-native solutions, and deepening long-term client partnerships across Europe and the US - setting up the next chapter of our story.
- 2024Expanded our service offering into education through a strategic merger with Spark Institute.
- 2026Acquired Bobcats coding. We chose to join forces with Bobcats because they have built something genuinely rare. In just three years, they developed an AI-native approach to delivering software that most companies are still only talking about, and they proved it with demanding US startup clients who value outcomes above all else. Two halves of the same picture. Enterprise depth, startup speed, one team building the next generation of AI development.

Our service
AI-native software development, Team Augmentation, AI Enablement and Legacy System Modernisation
We build custom web, mobile and AI software the AI-native way, with small senior teams working alongside AI agents. The same approach powers our Team Augmentation, where our engineers join client teams and bring these ways of working with them.
Through AI Enablement we help companies move from experimenting with AI to actually using it, from assessing where they stand to training their people through Spark Institute. And with Legacy System Modernisation we take the old systems businesses still rely on and rebuild them for today, faster than was possible a few years ago thanks to AI.
For our engineers, that means varied work: new builds, client teams, training and modernisation projects, all on the latest tools.

Trainings and workshops
Continuous learning is one of our core values. Our colleagues spend around 20 hours a month on it, and we fund the courses and certifications people choose for themselves.
A lot of that learning now happens in the open. Our engineers try out new AI tools on real problems and write up what they find for AI Field Notes, our newsletter, so every experiment teaches the whole company something.
The human side gets the same attention. We run group workshops on stress management, resilience, time management and communication, and we send people to professional conferences, because growing as an engineer and growing as a person go together.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
Open door is our actual policy. Anyone can walk in with an idea, and we'd rather hear a problem with a suggested fix than find out about it later.
Once a year we hold My Company Workshops, where everyone sits down with the board and ideas get discussed on the spot. For people who'd rather not say it in a room full of colleagues, there's an anonymous suggestion box and regular surveys.
Through the Growth Program everyone has a mentor, to bring ideas, requests or questions to whenever they need.
Why we love our office
We have two homes. Our main office is in the Leier City Center in Győr: bright, spacious, with enough meeting rooms that nobody fights over them, a big kitchen and a ping pong room downstairs for when you need ten minutes to think about something else. Our second office is at Create26, which we like for its relaxed, creative feel. Dogs are welcome.

Hard skills get someone through the door, but soft skills make them stay. For us, technical expertise means nothing without humility. We look for empathy, a good sense of humor, and an easygoing personality, combined with absolute reliability. We need people who can talk to anyone, take work seriously, but not take themselves too seriously. :)
