Yes, we do have trainings and workshops - they are online during Covid-19 though!
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
Very open and honest culture - we have regular 360-degree feedback sessions. We communicate mostly on Slack and share ideas and articles non-stop. Last time our lawyer came up with a product idea :)
