- 2008Instructure got its “Inc.” and progressed from a big idea to a real-deal tech startup.
- 2011Instructure formally launched Canvas, disrupting the LMS status quo for better and forever.
- 2014Instructure went international with offices in London, Sydney, and Hong Kong.
- 2015Instructure went public on the NYSE.
- 2018-12We opened the Budapest office, and also new markets in Latin America.
- 2019Canvas reached more than 30 million global users.
- 2021Instructure went public as INST.
