Trainings and workshops
We allocate part of our working time to our professional development: we can attend conferences, organize internal trainings and constantly expand our internal library.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
We regularly hold MINIEVENT - Open Hours, where we freely discuss topics and changes affecting the company. We also often conduct employee satisfaction surveys, because everyone's opinion matters.
Why we love our office
We are in a neighborhood away from the noise and traffic of the center, but easily accessible by public transport and by bike. Our modern building not only offers all the comforts for work, but also to make the breaks and conversations spent together enjoyable.
Since March 2020, we've been trying to make our home offices just as enjoyable.
