1895-08-01Bernard Egger founds the United Lightbulb and Electricity Rt
1901-01-01The Újpest factory is built
1904-12-13Sándor Just and Haneman Fanjo invent the Tungsten filament lamp, which becomes their main product
1921-01-01Lipót Aschner becomes the president of the company, and helps them become a worldwide brand
1922-01-01The famous Tungsram research lab is founded, is the first in Europe and home to many inventions
1934-04-11Imre Brody, a scientist in the research lab discovers the crypto-charged filament lamp
