UX and UI Designer
Cheppers is looking for a UI designer with a pinch of UX experience. You’ll be the fifth member of our design team, joining four hybrid designers, helping their work with aesthetic and fresh UI concepts. Don’t worry if you don’t have deep Research knowledge - our team is keen to involve you in our processes and to put you on track. However, we expect you to be curious, diligent and hands-on.

Apply, if you:
- have at least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design
- are familiar with Sketch on an advanced level
- are able to see the product or service as a whole, in its context, but you are able to focus on the details as well

The company was founded in 2012 and quickly grew to be the leading Drupal shop in Budapest. Since then, we picked up lots of new technologies and we are providing cloud and DevOps services and UX/UI consultancy as well. Cheppers is founded and we start to work on international web / Drupal development projects

How can the employees affect the company’s life?
Everybody can share their opinion, and we encourage them to do just that. After 24 months at Cheppers, all colleagues will receive company shares which means they are also invited to board meetings.
Trainings and workshops
We provide a yearly budget for attending conferences, trainings and workshop, and our bonus system is designed to reward presentations (external and internal) and organizing meetups and other events.
