We are looking for a Ruby On Rails Solution architect who has main RoR proficiency understands its imitations and its key features - It's backed by 5+ years of experience and has experience in the whole life cycle of projects, system design skills, knowledge of delivering performance, monitoring, scalability, reliability and availability solutions for the applications.

Responsibilities
Directing an offshore development team of 5 in designing, developing, testing & debugging of the app
Mentoring team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards.
Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
Discovering, choosing, and implementing (new) technologies that yield competitive advantages.
Implementing & executing an agile software development pipeline based on Atlassian tools and Github
