A Comnica egy 35 fős szervezet, ami hasonlóan az iparág többi szereplőjéhez, 2020. márciusa óta többségében home office-ból működik. Ahogy a többi cégben, nálunk is beállt az “új rend”, a munka hatékonyságán nem esett csorba, de a közösség (vissza)építése és fenntartása, a szervezeti átalakulások és a menet közbeni változások kezelése kihívásokkal teli. Ehhez keresünk egy energikus HR-est :)

- 3-5 év tapasztalata van generalistaként
- dolgozott már KKV-s IT cégnél (preferáltan szoftverfejlesztés) érti, hogy hogyan működnek ezek a szervezetek, ismeri a folyamatokat, a tipikus "hibajelenségeket",
- látott 2-3 féle szervezeti felépítést,
- nem csak sablonokban tud gondolkodni,
- képes kapcsolatot teremteni fejlesztőkkel, vezetőkkel egyaránt
- legalább heti 4 napot tölt az irodában

- 2001-05We are launching the development of UHU Linux, the first Hungarian Linux distribution.

- 2008-02Our portfolio expands with international telco services. We name our company UHU Systems Ltd.
- 2011-06Looking into the crystal, we take our first steps to build a contact center platform.
- 2015-02We win our biggest telco tender starting new services in 44 countries for an aviation company.
- 2018-07Our market expansion gets a momentum and we renew our brand. The new name of the company is Comnica.
- 2019-03We enter the market with brand new products, such as Comnica SmartSMS, Videocall and Contact Center.

Contact Center and telecommunication services
We deliver client management solutions, such as contact centre technologies, SmartSMS and videocall platforms. We are also into telecommunications with a curriculum of 18 years and provide services in 40+ countries connecting 100+ networks. We also poke our nose into progressive technologies such as RCS, blockchain, AI and are basic fans of any kinds of space travel.
