Responsibilities
- You will lead the technical strategy work for the product area, and deploy strategies
- You'll be responsible for hiring and managing Chapter Leads and senior tech people
- Identify and introduce changes in how your teams operate to achieve a high-performing state w/ them
- Set the vision for the product area, build & communicate strategy
- Continuously collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
