Our Office is located downtown on Andrássy street 66. It is a gorgeous building where we share our hype office space with several other companies.
We believe that having a Community Manager would make this amazing place even better by having someone who listens to the colleagues needs and also proactively sees areas for development and turns them into action.

Who we are
Green Fox Academy is a coding bootcamp based in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our aim is to create an educational environment that fulfils current IT job market needs.
We are looking for a part-time Office & Community Manager who is motivated to help us build and maintain the tech school of the future and its employees.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
It is great if you have some professional work experience in a similar position, but we are also welcoming career starters
You prefer to manage your own workload and can figure out what needs to be done with minimal supervision
Exceptional organisational and communication skills and ability to problem-solve
You have experience with a variety of office and team software such as Google Drive, Slack

Based on a well-proven Western practice, we are transforming people into junior programmers in 4 months. Afterwards, we outsource our successful students to our partner companies. With this dual activity, our goal is to bridge the gap between IT companies who are fighting for the good professionals on the labor market and those ambitious young people who are seeking better opportunities

Trainings and workshops
We spend 10% of our work time on self-training: courses, conferences, english class and coaching sessions. We learn not only from external trainers, but also from inhouse trainings!
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
We operate in a flat organizational structure called Holacracy. Everyone has the opportunity to bring in his own "tension" to our weekly meetings for which we are trying to find a solution together.
