About the job
The Customer Loyalty Team is here to understand our customers’ needs; ultimately acting as the bridge between customer expectations and our commercial goals. The focus of this team will initially be based around renewals, but may progress into other aspects of the customer journey such as cancellations.
Due to the nature of the role, some ‘out of hours’ work will be required.

There are lots of reasons Marshmallowers love to come to the Budapest office. The building has 3 floors with fully equipped desk areas and meeting rooms but we also have a communal space where you can enjoy the view of the city whilst eating your lunch, chilling or playing a game of table tennis.
