Senior Angular developer
Job info
About the job
CyCortex is the company behind Zebeq, a modern no-code SaaS platform designed to help businesses build applications quickly and flexibly with minimal development effort. To achieve this, we are building our own Angular-based frontend framework, dynamic UI engine, and application builder platform.
As a Senior Angular Developer, you will not “just” build frontends — you will help create a platform that generates other applications. You will contribute to the framework, component system, and dynamic UI engine while also participating in customer projects built on the platform.
You will work directly with the core engineering team, architect, and founders. We operate without slow enterprise bureaucracy or multiple management layers — ideas move quickly into implementation.
Your daily work will involve Angular (v14+), TypeScript, RxJS, REST APIs, reusable components, schema-driven UI, and complex enterprise interfaces.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and wants to have real impact on a growing SaaS product.

How we work
Our development culture is fast, direct, and highly collaboration-driven. We avoid unnecessary meetings and excessive hierarchy — instead, we believe in quick decisions, ownership, and collaborative thinking.
We work with an agile mindset using a mix of Scrum and Kanban practices. We have short standups and planning sessions, but the focus is always on actual development and problem-solving.
Team members actively participate in technical decisions, architecture planning, and shaping new features. This is not a ticket-execution environment — developers understand and influence the product itself.
Our daily workflow emphasizes:
- independent work
- direct communication
- fast feedback
- collaborative brainstorming
- modern engineering mindset
- ownership and responsibility
We work efficiently in both remote and hybrid setups using modern collaboration tools. For planning and documentation, we primarily use Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, and Figma.
What will you learn
Here, you will not work on a “traditional frontend project,” but on developing our own no-code platform and dynamic UI engine. This means you will gain experience and knowledge that is rarely available in conventional Angular positions.
- SaaS and platform engineering mindset
- Understanding low-code / no-code systems
- Translating complex business processes into generic UI solutions (CRM, Marketing, HR, PM, etc.)
- Reusable component architecture
Knowledge sharing is part of our everyday workflow: we support growth through workshops, code reviews, technical brainstorming sessions, and close collaboration with senior colleagues.
Ideal candidate
Our ideal colleague enjoys solving complex problems and is not intimidated by building something that nobody has done exactly this way before. They like understanding the logic behind systems — not just “clicking tasks together.”
They work independently, but also enjoy thinking and collaborating with the team. They are happy to discuss architecture, UI solutions, or how to make a feature truly intuitive and user-friendly.
They probably:
- are interested in platforms and frameworks
- enjoy experimenting with new technologies
- usually have too many tabs open
- appreciate good humor and honest communication
- want to have real impact on the product
- prefer creative problem-solving over repetitive ticket work
- enjoy when a coffee break turns into a technical brainstorming session
- can still laugh during a production issue sometimes
- enjoy hiking, board games, and team activities
- appreciate a direct and human-centered team atmosphere
- see technology not only as work, but also as a hobby and personal interest
We are not looking for someone to simply “fill a seat” — we want to build something exciting together.
