We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our globally distributed Agile team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our core product, driving technical discussions, designing scalable architectures, and owning complex features from inception to deployment. You will work with a modern tech stack (Java, Spring, TypeScript, Angular) alongside a passionate, talented engineering community.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Feature Ownership: Own complex features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) setup.

Feature Delivery & Quality Focus: Develop new functionality and resolve defects while maintaining a strong commitment to high quality, performance, and stability.

Scalable & Maintainable Code: Build reusable, clean, and scalable code that supports the product’s long-term enterprise growth.

Architecture & Technical Design: Drive technical design discussions and contribute to key system architecture decisions.

Code Reviews & Engineering Standards: Conduct thorough code reviews and promote modern engineering best practices across the team.

CI/CD & Modern Delivery: Support continuous integration pipelines, automated testing practices, and streamlined software delivery workflows.

Complex Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve challenging technical and system-level issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Support teams, UX designers, and fellow engineers.

Feature Demonstrations: Showcase completed features to internal stakeholders and external enterprise customers.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Contribute to technical documentation, foster team knowledge sharing, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Java SE
Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot preferred)
JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular (modern versions preferred)
Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications.
Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and common design patterns.
Experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar).
Experience with Git and modern source control workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices.
Experience working in Agile software development teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to contribute across the software development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, and documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NgRx or other Redux-style state management frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Knowledge of web security concepts, authentication, and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience optimizing application performance and scalability.
Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
