About the job
Become part of a small tech-startup and support us in the development of smart inspection solutions. We offer a flexible work environment, bring in your own ideas, actively contribute to the further software development and work closely with our CTO. You will participate in the entire software development process - from design, concept to implementation using Typescript, React and Redux.

How we work
We try to work in an as efficient as possible way. We are using Kanban style to prioritize our Backlog and daily standups to plan the tasks of a day and remove any blockers. In a small team, we integrate everyone, do weekly Monday Morning sessions where everyone gives an overview of the things happening in the different areas. We work in a hybrid style, sometimes office, sometimes home office.
What will you learn
You have the opportunity to join a small team, where you will work directly with our CTO. You will participate in the whole development process and being asked to actively bring in new ideas, further develop our solution and continuously improve it based on customer feedback or own ideas. We provide you the possibility to work flexibly around core hours and believe in a healthy work/life balance
Ideal candidate
- Has already 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer
- Can work independently and brings in own ideas
- Has a well-structured working style and a solution-oriented approach
- Brings an eye for details especially when it comes to UI/UX
- Has a great level of English - German is a plus
- Is willing to sometimes join in the office in Vienna or even relocate to Vienna
- Enjoys working in a small team
