About the job

Our agile and competent team in Budapest is looking for a dynamic, open-minded person, who enjoys to engage and interact with mid and senior level executives, wishes to be a part of a global team and work on international talent sourcing assignments. We are looking for both Junior and Senior candidates as well.

Responsibilities

Initiate search strategies to identify professional talents for specific client mandates.
Participate on intake and follow-up calls with Clients.
Identify and look for the best available talents on the given market.
Conduct research activities such as target list creation, long list creation etc.
Engage with key market players, develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with candidates
