About the job
We’re looking for a Manager or Director of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering to lead and scale our DevOps and SRE initiatives. This role will be hired at either the Manager or Director level based on the candidate’s experience, leadership capabilities, and impact potential.
We encourage senior and principal-level engineers with strong technical expertise and a desire to step into (or expand) a leadership role to apply. If you have a track record of managing people, building, automating, and optimizing infrastructure at scale, and you're eager to drive strategy while remaining hands-on where needed, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be the expert of our software and systems engineering to facilitate, build and run scalable, distributed (multi-region), fault-tolerant systems.
Your job is to keep our customers happy by ensuring the reliability of the Strivacity platform. That also means you’ll play a major part in ensuring that the same platform is secure and both customers and Strivacity are protected.

- 7+ years experience in Software Engineering w/ focus on DevOps or SRE.4 / 5
- Experience and knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.5 / 5

- Experience with scripting languages (bash, python, etc).3 / 5
