You will have chance to learn about Customer Identity & Access Management, our product (high-level) architecture and improve your soft-skills. Later on our training policy allows you to learn anything related to our product, company or just software development.
We're going to provide a mentor for you to help you in the first weeks/months.

How can the employees affect the company’s life?
We do bi-weekly all-hands meetings - we call it Basecamp - to share successes and gather feedback from employees. R&D team members are heavily involved into product functionality and architecture design apart from their seniority level. Next to it we do questionnaire regularly to collect feedback about specific topics.
