How can the employees affect the company’s life?
We do bi-weekly all-hands meetings - we call it Basecamp - to share successes and gather feedback from employees. R&D team members are heavily involved into product functionality and architecture design apart from their seniority level. Next to it we do questionnaire regularly to collect feedback about specific topics.
