  • You'll be answer questions from German retail customers by phone, e-mail and chat
  • You'll contribute to customer satisfaction with your work
  • With effective communication, you'll be able to solve every day problems
  • In the meantime, you will use well-established processes and regulations

We work in several shifts as well as on weekends (no night shift).

We provide a full home office, you can work from anywhere in Hungary.

What will you learn

You will take part in a 6-week training so that by the time you receive your first customer request, you will be able to answer with confidence.
