Az ügyfélszolgálat a cég lelke. Fő feladata a vásárlókkal való kommunikáció: felmerülő kérdések megválaszolása és problémák gyors megoldása. Továbbá a partneréttermekkel való egyeztetés és a futárok munkájának segítése. A kommunikáció első sorban chaten zajlik, közvetlen, barátságos hangnemben. Mindenkit tegezünk és emotikonokkal és kedvenc gifekkel színesítjük a beszélgetést ??

How we work
Az ügyfélszolgálat minden nap 10:00-22:30 között, illetve pénteken és szombaton 10:00-23:30 között érhető el, tehát este és hétvégén is tartjuk a frontot! A beosztás egy app segítségével egyedi igényeket figyelembe véve 2-3 hétre előre készül el. A shiftek: hétfőtől csütörtökig és vasárnap: 9:45-16:30, 16:30-22:30, Péntek, szombat: 9:45-17:00, 17:00-23:30 - vegyesen leosztásban mindenkinek
