- 1999Virtual Call Center is founded, initially under the name NDG
- 2005The first deployed call center service is started
- 2008The call center service becomes exclusively cloud-based, under the name Virtual Call Center
- 2011Virtual Call Center GmbH is set up in Erding (the headquarters later move to Berlin)
- 2013DBH Investment provides EUR 0.5 million to support the international growth of the company
- 2016A regionally-unique service called VCC Live® Pay is launched, and our mobile application goes live
- 2017New office established in the United States
- 2019VCC Live secures venture capital funding
- 2020We move to the Budapest One Office, so we can expand our operations
