What You Will Bring:
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- High school diploma required; university studies are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, IT
- Support, or Customer Support role.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Interest in technology and helping users resolve technical issues.
About Your Contract:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Permanent employment contract
- Working arrangements vary across our teams and may include hybrid or largely remote working opportunities. As collaboration and business needs sometimes require in-person attendance, this is not a fully remote position. All employees must be based in Hungary and be able to attend the office when required.
- Legal requirement: You must currently be eligible to work in Hungary
