Who we are

As part of the MBH Bank,Foundation is an organisation with a rapidly growing customer base where we're building a new, fully digital organisation from scratch. Focusing now on the retail, and later on the corporate sector, we build a Revolut similar complex mobile app. We don't work with your grandma’s tech stack. We uncompromisingly employ only the cutting-edge technologies building our products.

We support professional training courses and continuous development. We help you to set specific, measurable & realistic performance targets. We also have a Lunch and Learn sessions.

We believe in empowering our people to think in big, be proactive and drive results. On typical workdays, we have daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospective. Anyone of us can form our processes, initiating new ideas, so that we can build a trust-based way of management.
