We are specializing in highly complex IT projects primarily - but not exclusively - in the medical field. Besides this, we worked on projects in the field of finance, property sales, and festival app development. We help to digitalise work processes, researches and making them available on every e-platform if the customer requires. We are happy to help with innovational developments as well.

Our new colleagues always get a mentor who supports and guides their development within the company. In addition, we encourage our teammates to attend as many Meetups and conferences as possible, or to take part in online training. The knowledge they gain is then shared with each other during our Bishop Academy sessions.

We believe in knowledge-sharing not only within the company but also outside of it, which is why we enjoy sharing our own expertise, as well as that of guest speakers, with the Szeged developer community at our own Meetups (Bishop Academy Open).

We ensure complete transparency in every company related question to our team. Besides that, we make decisions together; whether it’s about new candidates or about the venue of the company retreat.

We believe that in a nice space it’s better to work, so we ensure a work environment, where we all like to come in. Our office is in the city center, easily available by bike and public transportation. We have an open community space, where we can sit down after a long day to have a cup of coffee or play some video games/ darts.

This is why we were delighted to host and organize the Cloud Native Szeged group's meetup! Together, we have organized the largest Cloud Meetup in Szeged so far.

We are always looking for new fun challenges, and this year we organized our first coding competition!

It was great to see young people forming teams, competing against each other, and solving problems together! At the end of the day, that's what we are all about creative and innovative problem-solving!

Every year, we organize a health challenge, which runs for four weeks and involves different activities. The goal is to try out healthy habits and sometimes even step out of our comfort zones. Whether it’s meditation, reading, or sugar- and alcohol-free weeks, at BHC everyone finds something to work on.
