Finance and Procurement SSC
We opened our Budapest Shared Service Centre in January 2017, covering the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-Report and Procurement activities for EMEA countries.
We ensure exciting and interesting daily tasks, and career development opportunities. We believe that our success is based on the balance of our colleagues; therefore, our motto is ‘We Care’.

It depends on you. We have Accountancy, Lean Belts and soft skills trainings (stakeholder/project management), language courses, leadership programs and group coachings.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
With Over2You FC employee engagement survey (twice a year) questions are asked about the colleague's experience working at FrieslandCampina and helping us to understand how engaged they are. Their feedback enables us as a company to act collaboratively on what we do well and where we can further improve.
On a daily basis they can provide their feedback to their Line Managers or to the HR team.
