Our story
- 2020-01The company was established as a family business
- 2020-05First employee
- 2021-03The family business is being transformed into a team of 10 people.
- 2021-06We opened our office.
- 2021-07We entered the global DAO market at the Ethereum conference in Paris.
- 2021-09We released our first alpha product: Guild.xyz
- 2021-10We participated in the Ethereum conference in Lisbon as a sponsor.
- 2022-01Our team has grown to 20 people.
- 2022-07We organised the first Guild dinner in New York for our partners.
- 2022-09The Guild turned one year old with over 500 communities and 300,000 users.
- 2022-11Our online community has over 63k members, with over 3M visitors on our site.
- 2022-12Guild grew over 1k communities and 650k users.
- 2023-03Guild passed the one million user mark.
- 2024-02We are opening our Budapest office.
- 2024-03We are quadrupling our user base in a year. We have 4m users.

Guild is one of the largest products in web3. Our team is on a mission to scale and gamify onchain communities, with over 6 million members and 1,000+ communities. Our goal is to be the place for onchain communities where members can easily learn, connect, contribute and earn. We believe that composable data, decentralized identity, and transparent digital economies can lead to more fun, meritocratic, and rewarding digital experience for all. That’s why we are building in web3.
