From in-house Children's Days to collaborations with Óbuda University, BME, and Edisonplatform membership, at Sigma, we aim to inspire young minds. We support SKOOL with workshops, mentoring, and resources for girls in tech. We also offer university courses to popularize technical writing and agile development. Our lunch seminars and career orientation days provide continuous growth and knowledge sharing.

We prioritize our team’s well-being and development. We support career growth with in-house coaching, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy and Katedra language courses. Our Medicover health insurance covers employees. Everyone gets a birthday day off, a quarterly Health Day, and can bring their child to work on a special day. As a Bronze Supporting Member of WeAreOpen, Hungary’s largest DEI-focused NGO, we regularly engage in initiatives that promote workplace equality. Our male colleagues raise funds for organizations aiding abused women, which we match. We’ve joined Amnesty International Hungary’s Equal Pay Campaign and pledged to openly communicate our Gender Pay Gap until March 2025.

We aim to contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development. We provide 100% home office options to reduce the environmental impact of commuting. We plan fewer business trips and organize meetings online to minimize our carbon footprint. In our office, we implement selective waste collection to further support environmental efforts.
